We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts at our diagnostic laboratory. This role will drive growth initiatives, enhance market presence, and build strong relationships within the healthcare community. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the diagnostic landscape and a proven track record of successful leadership in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve revenue goals, increase market share, and enhance brand awareness within the diagnostic sector.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.

Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, utilizing insights to inform strategic decisions and product development.

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, industry partners, and regulatory bodies to enhance collaboration and drive business opportunities.

Brand Development: Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital marketing initiatives to effectively communicate our laboratory services and value proposition.

Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing initiatives, analyzing results to make data-driven decisions and adjustments as needed.

Collaboration: Work closely with operational, clinical, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and a seamless experience for clients and partners.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the diagnostic laboratory or healthcare industry, with a proven track record of leadership.
  • Strong understanding of diagnostic testing, laboratory processes, and industry regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.
  • Experience in budget management and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
