Job Title: Marketing Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead content, messaging, and customer engagement initiatives for a growing healthcare organization in a regulated, science-driven environment. This role owns the development and execution of marketing materials that support commercial strategy, sales enablement, and patient and provider education.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager partners closely with Sales, Commercial Leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with revenue goals. The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor who can translate complex scientific concepts into clear, compliant messaging and operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage marketing content and collateral across the organization, including customer-facing, sales-facing, and educational materials
- Develop and maintain a centralized repository of approved marketing materials and oversee content lifecycle management
- Translate technical and scientific concepts into clear, compliant, and impactful marketing messaging
- Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to support sales enablement, customer education, and revenue-driving initiatives
- Oversee website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, usability, and alignment with brand messaging
- Coordinate and support conferences, trade shows, sales meetings, and other commercial events
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives on time and on budget
- Ensure quality control, consistency, and compliance across all marketing materials in a regulated environment
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and priorities for assigned marketing initiatives
- Continuously evaluate marketing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or advertising
- Experience developing content and collateral in a regulated industry (healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, pharma, or medical devices strongly preferred)
- Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
- Demonstrated experience supporting sales teams and commercial initiatives
- Proficiency with standard business applications and CRM tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
Preferred Experience
- Background in healthcare, clinical diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, or oncology
- Experience working in early-stage or high-growth organizations
- Experience managing external vendors or agencies
- Familiarity with HIPAA and patient data privacy requirements
