Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Associate Sales Representative to join our inside sales and support team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to launch a career in medical oncology sales while gaining experience in customer relationship management, lead qualification, and sales support. You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication, effective client engagement, and outstanding service delivery. A background in sales or nursing is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day support tasks including preparing quotes, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining CRM records.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to identify new business opportunities and set appointments.
- Serve as a point of contact for existing clients, helping to resolve routine questions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with account executives to follow up on leads, support the sales pipeline, and achieve revenue goals.
- Track and report on sales activity, client feedback, and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth handoff to operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services, value propositions, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in nursing, sales, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Desire to grow within a sales organization and take on increasing responsibilities.
- 2 years of sales OR nursing experience preferred
