Job Title: Oncology Sales Manager

About the Role
A leading oncology diagnostics organization is expanding its national commercial team following a recent acquisition. We are seeking Oncology Sales Managers to drive growth by promoting advanced molecular, NGS, and hematopathology testing to oncologists, pathologists, hospitals, and specialty clinics.
This is a strategic, consultative sales role where you will partner with healthcare providers to expand access to innovative cancer diagnostics and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor for oncologists, pathologists, and healthcare partners.
- Develop and grow new and existing accounts across your territory.
- Achieve and exceed territory sales goals through consultative and strategic selling.
- Represent the company at tumor boards, conferences, and industry events.
- Maintain regular, meaningful client engagement to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Utilize CRM tools to track pipeline, opportunities, and account activity.
- Uphold compliance with all relevant healthcare and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CLIA, CAP, OSHA).
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of success in oncology, diagnostics, or healthcare sales.
- Strong clinical understanding of oncology testing and its role in treatment decisions.
- Proven ability to build and expand relationships across oncologists, pathologists, and hospital systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and territory management skills.
